After graduating from Karadeniz Technical University with a degree in Labor Economics and Industrial Relations, Mehmet pursued a master's degree in Human Resources at Dokuz Eylül University.
His career began in sales, where he discovered an important truth: meaningful relationships aren't built on persuasion alone—they're rooted in empathy and trust. He carried this insight into the labor-intensive tourism sector, where he led Human Resources processes for teams from diverse cultural backgrounds. These experiences taught him that diversity and inclusion are an organization's greatest strengths.
He went on to spend nearly nine years leading Organizational Development for a group of companies spanning Tourism, Automotive, and Retail sectors. During this time, he made strategic contributions in critical areas including internal development programs, talent management, culture transformation, and employee engagement.
Today, through his consulting work, he prioritizes knowledge transfer to both employers and young professionals, helping organizations improve effectiveness through sustainable HR practices. He believes Human Resources is not just an operational function—it's a cultural and strategic force that creates real value.


Evren Yildirim is a Total Rewards leader and Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) with more than 15 years of international HR experience across the globe. Currently responsible for shaping the Total Rewards Center of Excellence strategy in a global manufacturing organization.
As a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), Evren also coaches leaders and teams through growth, transition, and intentional leadership as a passion project. This perspective—rooted in both data and humanity—allows him to approach Total Rewards not just as a technical function, but as a strategic and cultural force that unlocks potential.
Holding a master's degree in Human Resources, Evren authored his thesis on coaching practices for employee performance—a curiosity that has shaped how he leads and connects with people throughout his career.
